About me
People. Organisations. Networks. Systems.
For over twenty years I've shaped complex change — where people, structure, and system meet. Twelve years in international cooperation (GIZ) taught me how change succeeds across sectors, cultures, and borders: as an advisor to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation (BMZ) and as product manager of Capacity WORKS, GIZ's cooperation-management approach.
In 2019 I founded Conscious Change — to lead transformation with intention: regenerative, systemic, effective.
In 2025 I founded and now lead Linie 22 GmbH — home to the brands Mingle Collaboration, Play for Impact, and Management Werkstatt.
I work across four levels at once — with people, inside organisations, across networks, and on systems. Because change only holds when it works on all of them: rooted in people, carried by organisations, connected through networks, effective in the system.
I hold a degree in education science (adult education, sociology, psychology; Münster, Freiburg, Sweden) and am trained in the approaches that ground my work: Theory U, Genuine Contact, Generative Facilitation, and Capacity WORKS.
Raised on a small farm in the Taunus hills, connection — to people and to nature — remains my compass for change that starts with people and serves life.
